CAREL reported record first-half 2026 results, with revenues rising 20.9% to €370.1 million, driven by strong growth across both HVAC and Refrigeration. The Group also strengthened its strategic position through the acquisition of Cotes, expanding its expertise in humidity control and high-value sustainable solutions.

CAREL announces the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Cotes, a provider of innovative and energy-efficient solutions for desiccant dehumidification. Cotes specialises in the design, development, production and commercialisation of desiccant dehumidifiers for industrial applications.
